We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ITSM modules and proven experience in scripting and API integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work on ServiceNow ITSM modules – Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, Knowledge Management
  • Manage & customize workflows (medium to complex)
  • Perform instance upgrades, patches & ensure platform stability
  • Develop & integrate using REST and SOAP APIs
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather & deliver new requirements
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with ITIL processes
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5–10 years total experience with 4+ years in ServiceNow development & integration
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory
  • Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript preferred)
  • Strong understanding of relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, SQL)
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
