Job Description:

As a Senior ITSM Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, provide strategic guidance, and ensure the successful delivery of ITSM projects. Your role will involve mentoring junior consultants, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Lead ITSM projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives. Conduct assessments of current ITSM processes and identify areas for improvement. Design and implement ITSM frameworks, including ITIL, COBIT, and ISO Develop and deliver training programs for clients and internal teams. Provide expert advice on ITSM best practices and industry trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ITSM solutions with other IT and business processes. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. Prepare and present reports and documentation to stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. In-depth knowledge of ITSM frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, and ISO Proven experience in leading ITSM projects and managing client relationships. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
