Technical Consultant - 2567 Job Location Bangalore Chennai Hyderabad Noida Pune Location Flexibility Multiple Locations in Country Req Id 2567 Posting Start Date 9 8 25 At Fujitsu our purpose is to make the world more sustainable by building trust in society through innovation Founded in Japan in 1935 Fujitsu has been a pioneer in technology and innovation for decades Today as a world-leading digital transformation partner we are committed to transforming business and society in the digital age With approximately 130 000 employees across over 50 countries Fujitsu offers a broad range of products services and solutions We collaborate with our customers to co-create solutions that drive enterprise-wide digitalization while actively working to address social issues and contribute to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals SDGs Role and Accountabilities This opportunity will suit a motivated Sr ServiceNow Developer with a demonstrated record of offering ServiceNow related design and development support successfully delivering on a wide range of ServiceNow related technical engagements The successful candidate s will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties Provide Hypercare or post GO Live support for critical ongoing engagements to ensure zero disruption to business Provide hands-on ServiceNow-related design and development expertise supporting a range of ServiceNow based consulting initiatives Experience with integration using SOAP REST Integration Hub and Service Graph connector Strong consulting experience helping drive implementations for ITSM and ITOM Experience setting up ServiceNow Discovery schedules triaging issues and remediations Working closely with ServiceNow functional team configure and improve core and custom applications Work directly with end users to resolve support issues within ServiceNow Ability to convey complex technical concepts in understandable business terms Develop systems integrations and process automation Create and configure Business Rules UI Policies UI Actions Client Scripts and ACLs including advanced scripting of each Document and gain acceptance approvals of selected final solutions Coordinate application and platform upgrades Load manipulate and maintain data between Service-now and other systems Qualifications Skills and Experience Requirements Minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow development experience Implementation integration enhancement and production level design and development support Experience developing ServiceNow solutions and technical design documents from business requirements At least two full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations in the role of a lead consultant Experience as ServiceNow Developer Technical Consultant on an enterprise level or large implementation projects Programming expertise in Java JavaScript HTML XML Must be technically savvy and able to design and build applications that meet business goals and objectives Demonstrated understanding of ITIL practices Bachelor s degree or equivalent professional experience Certified ServiceNow System Administrator Preferred ServiceNow certifications -
