**To excel in this role, you should possess the following**:

- Strong experience in ServiceNow development with ITSM module
- Hands on experience in IT service management process design
- Overarching understanding of ServiceNow Enterprise product suite
- Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions.
- Web portal development skills, such as HTML, CSS, Angular JS, bootstrap
- Experience implementing the following Core Process Areas: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalogue, Request, and CMDB Primary skills.

**Qualification**:

- ServiceNow ITSM with CSA OR CAD Certifications in ServiceNow
- ServiceNow Migration/Integration Scripting experience - JavaScript/Client Script/Server Script**Day in the Life of a ServiceNow ITSM**:
As a ServiceNow ITSM Developer, your day involves troubleshooting and fixing issues with ServiceNow modules like Incident, Change, and Service Catalogue. You’ll help customers by quickly resolving problems and customizing the platform to meet their needs. You’ll work with ITSM processes, ensuring they follow best practices, and regularly improve them. Your tasks also include maintaining the ServiceNow platform, performing upgrades, and making sure everything runs smoothly. You’ll collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues and document solutions for future reference. Overall, your role is to keep the system working efficiently and ensure customers are happy with the results.
