Duration: Contract
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled
ServiceNow ITSM Developer**
to design, develop, and implement ITSM modules and custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and configuration, with a strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, etc.
  • Customize forms, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and flow designer workflows.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and MID servers.
  • Build and manage custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine (as needed).
  • Ensure platform stability, performance, and adherence to ServiceNow governance models.
  • Participate in platform upgrades and patching activities.
  • Work with process owners to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the ServiceNow platform.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL v3/v4 and experience with ITSM processes.
  • Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow configuration.
  • Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP, LDAP, SSO, etc.).

  • ServiceNow certifications such as:

  • Certified System Administrator (CSA) – required

  • Certified Application Developer (CAD) – preferred

  • ITSM Implementation Specialist – preferred

  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
