We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, IRM, and CMDB, along with relevant ServiceNow certifications, to design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform
  • Configure workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and script includes
  • Manage and maintain CMDB configurations
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs
  • Support ITSM and ITOM processes, ensuring alignment with business requirements

Skills & Certifications:

  • ServiceNow Development (Scripting, Workflows, Integrations)
  • ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
  • ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, Orchestration)
  • IRM (Risk and Compliance Modules)
  • CMDB Management
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator / Implementation Specialist
