Description :

ITSM (IT Service Management) developer for ServiceNow designs, develops, and maintains IT service solutions on the platform. Key responsibilities include developing custom applications, scripting, configuring workflows, and integrating with other systems.

Core responsibilities :

- Develop and customize : Create new applications and customize existing modules within ServiceNow to meet specific business needs.

- Scripting and workflows : Write client and server-side scripts (using JavaScript) and build workflows for process automation.

- Integrations : Use web services (SOAP/REST) and other technologies to integrate the ServiceNow platform with other enterprise systems.

- Support and maintenance : Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain the platform's technical aspects.

- User stories to technical solutions : Translate business and user requirements into technical solutions.

- Collaboration : Work with stakeholders, project managers, and other IT teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

- Documentation : Create and maintain documentation for new and existing processes and solutions.

- Training : Train end-users and stakeholders on new functionality.
