Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Application Manager to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate applications, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and scalability. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with platforms such as Darwinbox, SAP Treasury, and strong exposure to regulatory interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of corporate applications, including HRMS, Finance, Admin, Operations, Sales & Legal.
  • Ensure optimal performance, availability, and scalability of platforms like Darwinbox, SAP Treasury.
  • Ability to support integration of COTS, BESPOKE & Cloud Native applications.
  • Experience towards Cloud Platform – AZURE & AWS.
  • Knowledge of AI & Agentic AI application use cases.
  • Evaluation and development of new applications.
Regulatory & Compliance Support
  • Liaise with external regulators such as UIDAI and Aadhaar authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and regulatory standards.
Project & Change Management
  • Support IFRS-related application changes and enhancements.
  • Drive application upgrades, CRs, and integration projects.
Incident & Problem Management
  • Lead resolution of application-related incidents.
  • Ensure adherence to internal ITIL processes for change, incident, and problem management.
Vendor & Budget Management
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs.
  • Track and optimize application budgets and licensing costs.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, Admin, Legal, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams.
Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain application documentation, SOPs, and compliance records.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on application health, risks, and roadmap.
