Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Management Specialist to lead the design, development and deployment of content management solutions using IBM FileNet P8 and related technologies.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end content lifecycle management including capture, storage, retrieval and archival. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable ECM solutions using IBM FileNet P8 and related technologies.
  • Manage digital communication workflows and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems.
  • Oversee project delivery, timelines and stakeholder communication.
  • Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting and upgrades of ECM platforms.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Technical Expertise:
    • Strong hands-on experience with IBM FileNet P8, Content Navigator and Case Manager.
    • Solid understanding of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) principles.
    • Experience in workflow automation, document management and business process management.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proven ability in project management, stakeholder engagement and team leadership.
  • Education and Certifications:
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
    • IBM FileNet certification is a plus.
    • PMP or Agile certification preferred.
