Job Description

As a senior content strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and sharing our organization's story across various platforms. Your primary objective is to create engaging content that captivates, informs, and grows our audience on YouTube and other social media channels.

  • Develop an end-to-end YouTube strategy, incorporating deep-dive explainers, interviews with market veterans, and short-form trend videos, while continuously adapting to platform changes and experimenting with new features and formats to maximize watch time and subscriber growth.
  • Plan and publish content on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn that brings our research to life, sparks conversations among investors, and turns followers into brand advocates.
  • Transform technical market analysis into clear, engaging articles, infographics, newsletters, and social posts, enabling users of our platforms to act on our ideas with confidence.
  • Foster strong relationships with financial journalists and media outlets, pitching our thought leadership, securing interviews and opinion pieces, and ensuring we are top of mind when big market stories break.
  • Collaborate closely with research analysts, product marketing, design, and video production colleagues to maintain accuracy, consistency, and a compelling brand voice in every piece of content.
  • Utilize data and audience feedback to refine themes, formats, and distribution tactics on an ongoing basis, increasing engagement, brand recall, and lead generation over time.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A strategic mindset with 8+ years of content leadership experience in financial services or B2B.
  • A knack for turning complex market research into clear, engaging narratives.
  • Strong knowledge of YouTube, including evolving formats, features, and viewer habits.
  • The ability to make data-driven decisions, testing, learning, and pivoting based on performance and feedback.
  • Natural relationship-building skills, whether collaborating with analysts, journalists, or your own team.
  • The capacity to mentor writers, editors, and producers through coaching and feedback.
  • The flexibility to adapt quickly, experiment boldly, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
