Sr. Creative Strategist Job Description

The role of Sr. Creative Strategist/Copywriter involves developing and executing creative strategies for multiple brands across various industries, including campaign planning, ideation, scriptwriting, and copywriting.

This position requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team and contribute to the development of award-winning standards in creative work and pursue recognition through awards submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive creative plans for campaigns and narration of scripts.
  • Present these plans to clients for approval.
  • Collaborate with the New Business team on creative ideation and pitch presentations.
  • Maintain high-quality standards in creative work and pursue recognition through awards submissions.
  • Work closely with the Creative Lead for direction, feedback, and references.
  • Coordinate with the Integrated Solutions Team on daily tasks, from social media posts to annual campaign strategies.
  • Provide visual direction to the graphic design team on concept ideas.
  • Break down briefs for junior creatives to ensure a smooth process.
  • Manage revisions based on internal or external feedback and set realistic timelines.

Requirements:

  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to develop value-added, interactive strategies and presentations for pitches.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage junior creative resources and provide direction.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understanding of target audience and content creation.
  • Knowledge of moment marketing campaigns and topical content proposals.
