Job Description

The Manager role involves driving process excellence, compliance, and timely reporting in the Record to Report domain. You will lead a large team while ensuring adherence to baseline values for all Service Level Agreements - KPI & CPI.

  • Review team's day-to-day activities, including Account Reconciliations, journal entries, reports, audit requests, analysis, and other requests.
  • Handle close timelines and communicate on a timely basis, in accordance with deadlines.
  • Work closely with the Business Accounting team and internal partners to resolve issues.
  • Prioritize multiple partners and business requirements effectively.
  • Support metrics reporting for significant processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Graduate Degree in Finance (M.Com etc) with ICWA or CPA, OR Qualified Chartered Accountant.
  • Experience in Financial Reporting, General Ledger accounting, and Record to Report processes.
  • Proven experience managing a team.
  • Strong expertise in trend analysis for both P&L and Balance Sheet.
  • Proven experience in audit/Statutory audit disclosures.
