Key Position:

This role is responsible for driving transformative changes from business needs to tangible results. It plays a pivotal part in enhancing customer, operational, and financial performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify, drive, support, and facilitate efficient and effective transformations to meet business requirements.
  • Define and deploy key measurements that are aligned with business objectives.
  • Proactively analyze processes, ways of working, workflows, operations, and organizations to propose improvements.

The goal is to implement these improvements through various means such as major transformation initiatives, projects, programs, line activities, or enabling continuous improvements.

Key Tasks:
  • Drive improvement projects with defined business targets focusing on cost reduction, enhanced customer experience, and improved network performance.
  • Accountable for reducing work orders (WO), tickets, and alarm initiatives per contract.
  • Perform correlations between alarms, TT, and WO to resolve chronic issues in the network.
  • Validate and analyze network performance reports to develop action plans for improvement.
  • Participate in technical discussions to enhance overall network performance and provide recommendations from the problem management perspective.

In addition, you will:

  • Propose and ensure adherence to best practices within related functions.
  • Monitor KPI trends and perform post-deviation analysis.
  • Identify, prescribe, and drive pro-active prevention methods in problem handling.
  • Manage and track actions taken to drive improvements following governance methods.
  • Maintain a risk register for identified risks and minimize their impact or mitigate them.

Furthermore, collaboration with Data Analytics teams is required to build models that drive prescriptive insights, propose predictive analytic models based on alarms, outages, QoS, and Capacity Utilization trends.

Timely closure for actions and prioritization of problems based on risk, impact, and severity is also expected.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in BE, B Tech, Telecommunication, Computer Science, or MBA.
  • Industry experience of 7 years and above in Telecoms Operations, with at least 5 years hands-on experience in a related domain.
  • Experience with Ericsson nodes or Nokia nodes.
  • Able to drive projects independently.
  • Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, RAN, and data analytic tools.
  • Understanding of Service Related KPIs, User perception understanding, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Cloud technologies.
  • Ability to perform new Project ORQ assessment and KPI analysis after new change implementation in the network.
