Job Title: Field Executive

As a Field Executive, you will be responsible for liaising with the field manager, LCB Manager & Brand Manager and executing their instructions accordingly.

The role involves coordinating with the field team members to ensure they are deployed on time and present at the venue, including in-house and Nagpur vendor teams.

You will also be responsible for managing logistics for the field team, including arranging travel, food, accommodation, managing and assigning vendors for events, renting equipment, etc.

A key responsibility is ensuring the team submits a requisition for all equipment to be deployed on ground a day prior to the inventory team and taking acknowledgement.

Additionally, you will create, populate, and maintain an active database of vendors and equipment rentals.

As a supervisory member, you will oversee operations and delivery, ensuring the field team follows operational and functional protocols on the ground.

You will also facilitate the testing of equipment in the office and at the venue, mitigating and resolving equipment failure or technical/operational challenges.

Effective communication is crucial, adhering to operational guidelines for communication on Slack, WhatsApp & Wrike.

Lastly, you will manage petty cash, update finance-related information on relevant forms and sheets, and create and update meticulous reports based on pre-existing templates.
