Job Title: Expert Student Experience Partner

Overview

Support students and parents throughout their educational journey, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.

  • Address concerns and refund requests with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency.
    • Manage escalations across chat, call, and email channels to maintain a positive parent and student experience.
      • Mentor students to ensure effective app usage and maximize learning outcomes.
        • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to resolve customer issues within stipulated timeframes.
          • Take ownership of all customer-facing ad hoc requirements from internal teams, ensuring swift execution.
          Key Responsibilities:
          • Provide exceptional customer service via multiple channels (chat, email, calls).
            • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
              • Utilize strong communication skills to convey complex information effectively.
                • Embody a passion for education and a genuine interest in helping students succeed.
                Requirements:
                • Candidates with minimum to 1 year of experience in customer experience or support roles.
                  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
                    • Empathetic and solution-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
                      • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
