We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Student Guidance Specialist to support students in achieving their higher education goals.

  • Provide personalized guidance to students on international study opportunities, including the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and other countries.
  • Assist students in selecting suitable universities and courses based on their academic background, interests, and career aspirations.
  • Guide students through the application process, including preparing documentation, statement of purpose (SOP), and online applications.
  • Support students in understanding and navigating visa procedures.
  • Maintain regular communication with students to ensure timely submission of applications.
  • Stay updated on university admission requirements, deadlines, and international education trends.
  • Participate in promotional activities such as seminars, webinars, and education fairs.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Experience: 2-5 years in student guidance, customer service, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
  • Willingness to learn about overseas education systems and visa processes.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, etc.).

Preferred qualifications include interest in international education or previous experience in an educational consultancy, knowledge of countries like the UK, Canada, Australia, USA, etc., and familiarity with CRM or student management software.
