  • Respond promptly and effectively to inquiries through various channels.

  • Proactively address and resolve student complaints and concerns, focusing on achieving high customer satisfaction scores.
  • Stay up-to-date with our course offerings, updates, and promotions, continuously educating yourself about the online education industry.
  • Collaborate closely with the product team to address gaps based on student feedback and maintain clear communication.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage workload and prioritize tasks to meet or exceed established service level agreements and response times.
  2. Keep accurate records of student interactions, issues, and resolutions, generating reports on support-related metrics.
  3. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  4. Ensure adherence to guidelines and industry regulations, protecting sensitive student information and maintaining confidentiality.
