Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. This role requires expertise in gathering requirements, designing screen layouts, and creating testing plans for ERP web and mobile application modules.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of collaborating with global teams, specifically with personnel based in the United States, and will demonstrate the ability to work effectively during US East Coast business hours. Experience in Agile methodologies is essential, and Agile certifications will be considered a significant advantage.

  • Gather and document business requirements for ERP web and mobile app modules, including AI integration.
  • Conduct gap analysis to align business needs with technical capabilities.
  • Define and document requirements for AI-driven functionalities within ERP modules.
  • Work with AI specialists to ensure seamless integration of AI features.
  • Leverage knowledge of large language models to create and optimize prompts for AI-driven functionalities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years as a Systems Analyst or similar role focusing on ERP systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating screen layouts and testing plans for ERP applications.

A strong foundation in AI technologies and their applications in ERP systems is also crucial. Additionally, proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or design tools like Sketch/Figma, familiarity with ERP systems and their modular structures, knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies, and a developer background are highly desirable.
