We are seeking an ERP implementation consultant to drive organizational transitions by leading JD Edwards activities.
Key Responsibilities- Transition Planning & Execution:
- Design and implement process flows for company separation, including inactivation of accounts, closure of company codes, and data extraction strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define the scope of divestiture and ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Finance Module Expertise:
- Configure and support modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and multi-currency setups.
- Handle intercompany settlements, period-end closures, and reporting requirements.
- Data Migration & Integration:
- Lead historical data extraction and handover to acquiring entities.
- Ensure seamless integration with systems during transitions.
- Security & Compliance:
- Implement security measures using tools like All Out.
- Generate and review sensitive access reports.
- Documentation & Training:
- Prepare process documents, runbooks, and training materials.
- Conduct user training and create self-help documentation.
- 12–15 years of experience in JD Edwards ERP with a focus on Finance and cross-functional modules.
- Proven experience in at least one company separation, merger, or acquisition project.
- Strong understanding of JD Edwards configuration, data structures, and integration points.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
