ERP Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP operations manager to oversee day-to-day activities, ensure smooth workflow across departments, and support users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage ERP operations, overseeing multiple modules including Sales, CRM, Finance, Purchase, Inventory, Projects, and HR.
  • Handle data entry, validation, and reporting to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • Support end-users by resolving functional and technical issues related to ERP systems.
  • Generate, analyze, and share management information reports, dashboards, and custom reports as per business needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for system enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure timely billing, invoicing, purchase orders, and payment tracking using ERP systems.
  • Provide training and support to new team members on ERP processes.
  • Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of proven hands-on experience in ERP systems.
  • Good understanding of real estate / construction business processes.
  • Strong knowledge of modules such as CRM, Sales, Finance, Projects, Purchase, and Inventory.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting).
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insightful management information reports.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
