ERP Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless workflow across departments. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in managing ERP systems and possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise daily ERP operations across various modules (Sales, CRM, Finance, Purchase, Inventory, Projects, HR).
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance by handling data entry, validation, and reporting.
  • Support end-users by resolving functional and technical issues related to ERP systems.
  • Generate, analyze, and share management information system (MIS) reports, dashboards, and custom reports as per business needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for ERP enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor and ensure timely billing, invoicing, purchase orders, and payment tracking using ERP systems.
  • Provide training and support to new team members on ERP processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven hands-on experience in ERP systems (2-5 years).
  • Strong knowledge of real estate / construction business processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting).
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insightful MIS reports.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Graduate in Commerce / Management / IT / Finance (B.Com, BBA, MBA, BCA, MCA, etc.) or equivalent.
  • Prior work experience in real estate, construction, or related industries will be an added advantage.
