Finance Operations Manager

As a seasoned finance professional, you will oversee our company's financial management and accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone who wants to drive growth and take ownership of day-to-day finance responsibilities.
We are looking for a highly skilled individual with 4–6 years of experience in finance/accounting to manage daily accounting operations (AP/AR, GL, reconciliations) in Tally/ERP. You will also be responsible for preparing accurate MIS, P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
- Manage daily accounting operations (AP/AR, GL, reconciliations) in Tally/ERP
- Prepare accurate MIS, P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and highlight variances
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PT, Income Tax
- Oversee payroll processing, statutory filings (PF, ESI)
- Support vendor management, contracts, and financial administration
You should have strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and compliance, as well as proficiency in Tally, Excel, ERP systems (ERPNext is a plus). A qualification in B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter is required.
