Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our team and support our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely manner, ensuring accurate tracking and monitoring of outstanding invoices.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure prompt payment of invoices, maintaining effective communication with internal teams and clients regarding billing inquiries and payment status.
  • Maintain accurate records of all invoicing and payment activities, assisting with reconciliations and account management as needed.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in finance principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with experience working with accounting software and systems.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
