Job Title: Finance Accountant Assistant Manager

Finance and Accounting Expertise Required

Position Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled finance and accounting professional to support our day-to-day operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys handling financial data, managing accounting processes, and working closely with the management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledger postings, reconciliations (bank, vendor, intercompany), and fixed assets accounting.
  • Support monthly and annual closing processes by preparing schedules, reports, and accurate financial data.
  • Assist in statutory and internal audits by providing required documentation and resolving audit queries.
  • Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and other applicable tax requirements.
  • Prepare MIS reports and assist in variance analysis as directed by the Manager.
Essential Qualifications and Skills

Technical Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
  • Strong foundational knowledge in accounting principles and journal entries
  • Good working knowledge of Income Tax, TDS, and GST

Personal Qualities:

  • Good analytical and numerical skills
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work independently on routine tasks and escalate issues appropriately
  • Strong team collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to manage workload efficiently and meet deadlines
  • Ethical conduct and data confidentiality

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting, specifically in the Manufacturing Industry.

Work Schedule:

Ability to work flexible schedule during day and weekends.
