Job Title:

ERP Systems Specialist

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled ERP Systems Specialist to join our team. As an ERP Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for providing application support and maintenance, collaborating with business associates and vendors to ensure seamless operation across all modules.

Responsibilities:
  • Application Support & Maintenance: You will work closely with the business teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Business User Support: You will provide comprehensive support to users across various departments, including Sales, Customer Care, Billing, Taxation, Engineering, Contracting & Procurement, Finance, and Administration.
  • Business Analysis: You will analyze business requirements and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization within the ERP system.
  • Reporting & Analytics: You will generate and distribute periodic reports based on statistical analysis of data from various timeframes.
  • Team Management & Supervision: You will supervise and mentor a team, providing solutions to resolve application issues by coordinating with multiple OEMs/Vendors team.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in real estate ERP systems (Farvision, In4Velocity)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
