As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and retaining key IT services and staffing accounts by serving as the primary point of contact for clients. Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, identify new business opportunities, and expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our market share.

- 3-7 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Sales in the IT Services/Consulting industry.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
