About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Office Manager to oversee daily office administration tasks. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in managing couriers, tracking records, maintaining security, and handling office supplies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage daily office administration tasks.
  • Maintain organized records, reports, and databases.
  • Manage correspondence, emails, and internal communications.
  • Handle office supplies, and vendor relationships.
  • Support HR functions, including onboarding and employee records.
  • Monitor office expenses and maintain financial records.
  • Ensure smooth office operations and resolve administrative issues.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Coordinate office events, team activities, and corporate meetings.
