
Operations Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage office infrastructure, utilities, and vendors to optimize costs and operational efficiency.
- Oversee daily office operations, including housekeeping, pantry, stationery, front desk, security, and visitor management.
- Handle people and access management, including onboarding new joiners, managing exits, and tracking attendance.
- Maintain a reliable vendor bench, negotiate costs, track AMCs, and monitor service quality.
- Coordinate lease agreements, office fit-outs, repairs, and landlord escalations.
- Verify bills, reconcile petty cash, and maintain records for leases, insurance, licenses, and safety certificates.
- Ensure compliance and safety by keeping NOCs, insurance, safety certificates, and first-aid kits up to date and audit-ready.
- 10+ years of experience in facilities administration with stable tenure and clean references.
- Hands-on experience with utilities, IT/office infrastructure, vendors, and housekeeping.
- Strong negotiation, documentation, and Excel/email skills.
- Trustworthy with keys, cash, and confidential information.
