Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role will provide technical assistance to customers, ensuring effective solutions to resolve customer issues and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers in understanding their requirements and convert leads into orders by preparing technical scopes and quotations.
  • Conduct customer visits for inspection of machines related to retrofitting and upgradation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, planning, and service to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions, machine evaluations, and service reports.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements in pharmaceutical machinery.
  • Support the sales team with technical inputs during client negotiations and proposal development.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality protocols during machine upgrades and installations.
  • Train junior staff or technicians on machinery handling and troubleshooting techniques.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge of pharmaceutical machinery such as compression and capsule filling equipment.
  • 7-8 years of experience in a similar role.
  • BE / B.Tech / Graduate degree in a relevant field.

Working Conditions:

The selected candidate will be based in Mangalore, India, working closely with the production, planning, and service teams to deliver exceptional results.
