Job Title: Senior Operations Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Operations Manager to join our executive team at SAT Microsystems. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the company, including IT services, software development, project management, and customer support.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
Strategic Planning:
  • Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement business strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Financial Management:
  • Manage the company's operational budget, optimize costs, and ensure financial stability.
  • Analyze financial data and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Team Development:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of professionals.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
Customer Focus:
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
  • Oversee project delivery to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Technology and Innovation:
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the company.
  • Implement best practices in IT services and software development to maintain a competitive edge.
Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks to safeguard the company's assets and reputation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Masters degree in any stream, preferred in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT services and software development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling operations in a technology-driven organization.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing operational budgets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
