
Off-Campus Promotions Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Off-Campus Promotions Manager to spearhead all external marketing efforts aimed at increasing brand visibility and driving student enrollments. This role is responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and performance tracking of on-site initiatives such as open houses, orientations, community events, and activations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement a comprehensive annual external marketing plan aligned with admission targets and brand positioning.
- Identify key off-campus channels, locations, and event formats to maximize reach within target demographics.
- Create quarterly and monthly activation calendars, timelines, and budgets.
- Event Management & Execution
- Lead the planning, promotion, and execution of events such as Open Houses and School Orientations, Community Outreach Programs, Activations, Workshops, and Fairs.
- Ensure seamless coordination across internal teams and event stakeholders.
- Partner Management
- Identify and onboard relevant vendors, agencies, and community partners.
- Handle negotiations, contracts, and partner performance monitoring.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Admissions Team, Creative/Content Teams, and Digital Marketing Team to ensure alignment and effective execution of external efforts.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track ROI on events and off-campus channels, measuring metrics such as footfall, lead generation, conversion rates, and brand visibility.
- Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Budget Ownership
- Owning the external marketing budget; ensure judicious use of resources.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising effectiveness.
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 4–7 years of experience in external marketing, preferably in education, events, or community engagement.
- Proven track record of developing and executing external campaigns that drive measurable outcomes.
- Excellent organizational, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and planning tools.
