Job Summary

As a skilled Placement Manager, you will be responsible for fostering corporate relations and managing the placement process. Your primary goal will be to provide excellent placement opportunities to candidates while maintaining strong relationships with clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through regular interactions and meetings.
  • Screen and share relevant candidate profiles with clients, collecting their feedback in the process.
  • Design and deliver training programs, including interview training sessions, orientation programs, and resume building workshops.
  • Support stakeholders by providing them with the best possible placement opportunities.
  • Conduct on-campus and off-campus drives, job fairs, and other recruitment events.
  • Collect feedback, reviews, and referrals from students.
  • Monitor and implement organizational policies, handling grievances in a fair and unbiased manner.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of HR software and systems.
