Job Responsibilities

  1. Design Intelligent Models: Develop robust, scalable, and intelligent AI products that redefine complex engineering workflows.
  2. Create Scalable AI Pipelines: Build production-grade AI pipelines and APIs to ensure data integrity, performance, and scalability.
  3. Lifecycle Management: Own the deployment lifecycle, including model serving, monitoring, and continuous delivery.
  4. Data Integrity: Work with data engineers and product teams to ensure data integrity, performance, and scalability.
  5. Data Processing and Real-Time Pipelines: Work on large-scale data processing and real-time pipelines.
  6. DevOps Practices: Contribute to DevOps practices such as containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments.
  7. Efficiency Analysis: Analyze and improve the efficiency and scalability of ML systems in production.
  8. Research Staying Current: Stay current with the latest AI/ML research and translate innovations into product enhancements.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in ML/AI engineering with shipped products.
  • Familiarity with Python programming language (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
  • Strong software engineering skills: version control, testing, documentation.
  • Experience with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow) and model deployment techniques.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Experience working with large datasets, data wrangling, and scalable data pipelines (Apache Spark, Kafka, Ray, Dask, etc.).
  • Good understanding of microservices, distributed systems and model performance optimization.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment; proactive and curious mindset.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with natural language processing, document understanding, or LLM (Large Language Model).
  • Experience with Knowledge Graph technologies.
  • Experience with logging/monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Knowledge of requirement engineering or PLM systems.
