Intelligent Systems Designer

We are looking for an experienced designer to work on developing intelligent systems that can learn, reason, and interact with humans.

  • You should have 4+ years of experience in designing AI solutions using Python, including proficiency in frameworks such as Flask, Streamlit, and FastAPI.
  • Experience in architecting and implementing intelligent agents and agent-based systems is required.
  • You should be familiar with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques, including GraphRAG, and how to apply them to enhance model performance.
  • Designing memory and context-aware systems for dynamic AI interactions is another key aspect of this role.
  • Collaboration with the Data and GenAI teams to drive innovation and efficiency is essential.

Additional responsibilities include working with modern AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, crew.ai, or Autogen, contributing to the design and optimization of Agent Architectures and Multi-Component Pipelines (MCP), and having strong programming skills in Python.

As a system designer, you will work on creating architectures that enable AI models to process and understand human input. This includes using RAG techniques to augment model performance and designing memory and context-aware systems.

Our ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Agent Architectures, RAG, and GraphRAG, as well as familiarity with memory management and context engineering in AI systems. Experience with one or more of the following: LangChain, LangGraph, crew.ai, Autogen, is also preferred.
