About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and help build cutting-edge AI systems. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working on complex problems and turning ideas into reality.

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing and developing machine learning pipelines that power our journaling, mood tracking, and conversational features. You'll work with large language models, embeddings, and classifiers to make our system smarter over time.

  • Develop and optimize machine learning pipelines using PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.
  • Collaborate with AI/ML researchers, backend engineers, and product designers to bring features from idea to production.
  • Work on data engineering fundamentals, including ETL, feature pipelines, and distributed systems.
  • Ensure model performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Solid experience with machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar).
  • Comfort with building and deploying machine learning systems end-to-end.
  • Strong data engineering fundamentals (ETL, feature pipelines, distributed systems).
  • Good grasp of statistics and optimization.
