Job Overview

As a skilled AI Prompt Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving innovation and transformation by designing high-quality prompts to drive accuracy and adaptability of AI models within various business use cases.

You will collaborate with automation teams to integrate RPA bots with AI-driven agents for end-to-end workflows. Additionally, you will build, configure, and deploy AI agents capable of reasoning and executing tasks autonomously.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with prompt engineering techniques for large language models and hands-on knowledge of Automation Anywhere and bot development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective prompt strategies to improve AI model performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA bots with AI-driven agents.
  • Build, configure, and deploy autonomous AI agents that can reason and execute tasks independently.
  • Develop and maintain reusable prompt templates and best practices for large language models and multi-agent systems.
  • Integrate APIs and 3rd-party systems into AI agents and RPA workflows to enhance decision-making capabilities.
  • Monitor agent performance and troubleshoot issues for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct research on state-of-the-art AI agent frameworks and generative AI trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong experience with prompt engineering techniques for large language models.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Automation Anywhere and bot development.
  • Proven experience in building, deploying, and managing AI agents or autonomous AI workflows.
  • Proficiency with programming/scripting in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Understanding of APIs and system integrations across enterprise environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
