  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and track success metrics for AI features
Technical Requirements:
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience with Python or similar languages
  • Experience building and scaling distributed systems in cloud environments
  • Proficiency in API design and implementation
  • Hands-on expertise with generative AI frameworks and tools
  • Proven ability to write clean, maintainable code
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms like AWS, and deployment automation
  • Knowledge of monitoring, observability, and production debugging tools
  • Familiarity with vector databases
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in building AI voice assistants or conversational agents
  • Contributions to open-source AI projects or GitHub repositories demonstrating relevant work
  • Knowledge of multimodal AI systems combining text, voice, and other inputs
