Job Summary:

This role will oversee the entire project process, coordinate work between clients and departments, ensure smooth operation, maintain client relationships, and provide important information.

  • Manage project inception: Communicate with clients to understand details, assist engineers in quotation tasks, organize internal project initiation meetings, conduct feasibility studies, and make detailed arrangements for tasks.
  • Develop project plans and schedules.

  • Monitor project progress in real-time according to project schedules, swiftly address delays, discuss updates with production teams, and maintain timely communication with clients.
  • Promptly resolve emerging issues during project advancement.

  • Communicate with clients, solicit their opinions, and implement improvements.
  • Deliver samples for certification and promptly understand feedback on samples.
  • Conduct quality tracking after project products have passed certification.

  • Make preparations for settlement of liability for remaining products and raw materials at the project's end.
  • Sustain client relationships and feed back crucial information.
  • Regularly schedule client visits, monitor project development, actively pursue quotations for new projects.

  • Arrange client visits based on gathered information and ensure excellent reception.
  • Enter relevant visit details into weekly reports after client visits.
  • Foster sound business relationships with clients.

  • Report situations and requirements to the company, organize discussions, and make decisions.
  • Gather clients' development information and expeditiously assess value.
  • Lead improvement processes and cost-profit analyses every quarter.

  • Participate in resolving quality complaints and drive implementation of improvement measures.
  • C Coordinate technical exchange activities between departments and clients.
  • Feed back technical capabilities demanded by clients to enable advance preparations.
  • Aid finance departments in collecting accounts receivable and ensure timely settlement of remaining product liability.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical manufacturing, mold design, marketing, or other related fields.

Minimum 10-15 years' experience in electronics, automotive, communications, and daily consumer goods industries.

Good English communication skills and ability to independently communicate with clients domestically and internationally.

Work experience in India and familiarity with Indian market and culture.

Ability to handle teams and CFT teams.
