Growth Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Product Manager to drive subscription revenues for The Hindu's ePaper services. Based in Chennai, this role will require the candidate to work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve desired business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and experience in driving revenues/subscriptions in a marketing, growth or product capacity. With at least 3-6 years of overall experience, they should possess excellent analytical skills, with a good eye for detail and ability to influence people to get things done.
Key responsibilities include identifying and implementing new campaigns based on user journeys to drive conversions, working with the product and marketing teams to manage campaigns and improve engagement, analyzing subscriber and non-subscriber data to derive insights on user behavior, and understanding the overall market to identify gaps in current service delivery mechanisms and user expectations.
The successful candidate will be offered an estimated salary range of ₹1,200,000 to ₹1,800,000 per annum, commensurate with their qualifications and experience. B.E./B.Tech. + MBA from a reputed university or relevant entrepreneurial experience is preferred. Some experience with data analytics tools and marketing automation platforms is a definite advantage.
