**DevOps Engineer Role**">

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to lead our Release Management and DevOps initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Change Request creation, cross-team coordination, and automation-driven delivery pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Release Management
  • Plan, schedule, and manage software releases across multiple environments with minimal disruption.
  • Maintain release calendars and coordinate with stakeholders for alignment.
  • Change Request (CR) Management
  • Create, track, and manage CRs through their lifecycle ensuring compliance with governance requirements.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to assess impact and risk.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Act as a liaison between development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams facilitating smooth delivery.
  • Resolve conflicts and dependencies across teams.
  • DevOps & Automation
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps.
  • Monitor and optimize deployment processes for scalability and reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in Release Management and DevOps.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile processes.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Shell, Python, Groovy).
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with version control systems (Git), ticketing tools (JIRA, ServiceNow), and monitoring tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in DevOps & Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in regulated industries is a plus.
  • Familiarity with security and compliance standards in release processes.
