Senior Technology Strategist

About Us:

We're a pioneering Edtech & Upskilling platform transforming the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry with innovative tech-first learning solutions. As we scale, we seek a visionary Senior Technology Strategist to lead our technology roadmap and oversee the development of our Learning Management System (LMS) and digital platform.

Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Technology Strategist will collaborate closely with our founding team to provide strategic technology leadership, ensure robust architecture decisions, and drive execution with lean resources. This is a high-impact, part-time role ideal for senior technology leaders seeking flexible, impactful work.

Role Overview:
  • Develop and execute the tech strategy for our 0–1 journey.
  • Oversee the design and development of the LMS platform and integrations.
  • Prioritize scalable, secure, and compliant architecture aligned with Edtech needs.
  • Evaluate and onboard the right technology stack, tools, and vendors.
  • BUILD and mentor an initial tech/product team.
  • Advise on AI/ML, personalization, and data-driven features for learner experience.
  • Align technology strategy with business goals, funding milestones, and scalability.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling digital platforms (preferably in Edtech, SaaS, or consumer tech).
  • Hands-on expertise in product architecture, cloud infrastructure, and security.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, APIs, and integrations is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fractional / part-time capacity, balancing strategy and hands-on execution.
  • Strong communication and mentoring skills.
