As a key member of our leadership team, the Digital Transformation Executive will spearhead our digital initiatives and software solutions. The ideal candidate will drive innovation and efficiency across our operations by overseeing a team of Business Analysts and developing key digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transformation Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive transformation roadmap that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Analysts/PMs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Software Development Lifecycle: Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from requirements gathering and analysis to implementation and drive adoption in the field.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, marketing, and finance, to understand their needs and translate them into effective digital solutions.
Deliverables:
  • Transformation Strategy: Development and approval of a 3-year transformation roadmap within the first 6 months.
  • Software Solution Implementation: On-time and on-budget delivery of key digital projects (e.g., new software implementation, mobile app launch).
  • Team Performance: Successful recruitment and retention of top talent, completion of professional development goals for all team members, and positive scores on employee engagement and satisfaction surveys.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • Certifications: Relevant industry certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a technology or business-related field, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role, and proven experience in successfully managing and delivering digital transformation projects.
