Chief Security Officer

As a Chief Security Officer, you will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive security strategies to safeguard our information systems, networks, and data.

You will oversee the design and maintenance of security architectures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, encryption solutions, and other security technologies.

  • You will direct the identification, assessment, and mitigation of security risks across all aspects of our operations, including applications, infrastructure, and third-party vendors.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security requirements into business processes and systems development life cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Pixis' information security strategy, policies, standards, and procedures to protect against potential threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of security architectures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, encryption solutions, and other security technologies.
  • Direct the identification, assessment, and mitigation of security risks across all aspects of Pixis' operations, including applications, infrastructure, and third-party vendors.
  • Monitor and analyze security incidents and breaches, and coordinate incident response activities to minimize impact and prevent recurrence.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • At least 7+ years of experience in information security roles, with a minimum of 2+ years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing comprehensive information security programs in a complex, multi-platform environment.
  • Deep understanding of security frameworks, standards, and regulations, such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of network security, encryption, identity and access management, security operations, and incident response.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
