Job Overview

We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Strategist to drive our technology roadmap, IT infrastructure, and innovation initiatives across plants and corporate functions in the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute IT Strategy: Align IT strategy with business growth plans and lead digital transformation initiatives, including Industry 4.0, IoT, process automation, and smart factory solutions.
  • Manage IT Infrastructure and Applications: Oversee IT infrastructure, enterprise applications (SAP S/4 HANA, HRMS, Robotics IT Systems, MES, SharePoint), and ensure cybersecurity, IT compliance (ISO 27001:2022), disaster recovery & business continuity.
  • Partner with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR teams to implement IT solutions and build a high-performing IT team.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 15–20 years of IT leadership experience with at least 5+ years in senior roles (preferably in manufacturing/automotive).
  • Proven expertise in SAP S/4 HANA, IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and digital transformation projects (IoT, RPA, AI, Cloud, Data Analytics).
  • Strong knowledge of IT governance, cybersecurity, and industry standards compliance.
  • Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, ITIL, AWS-SAA, ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Lead Auditor preferred.
