About Our Business Development Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive our sales pipeline in the US healthcare market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare sales, experience working with US clients or markets, and a proven ability to generate high-quality leads and build strategic customer relationships.

  • Pursue new business opportunities in the US healthcare market by identifying, qualifying, and developing leads.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and decision-makers within the healthcare sector.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive lead generation strategy across various channels, including cold calls, emails, social media, and industry events.
  • Closely collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and sales strategies.
  • Schedule meetings with qualified prospects and maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on lead generation and conversion metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities in the US healthcare market.

Key Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales development or business development roles.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare domain is mandatory.
  • Proven track record of working with or targeting the US market, especially in healthcare.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle, lead generation tools, and CRM platforms.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional global team.
