Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop sales strategies to boost product and system sales by focusing on volume, mix, and profitability objectives for designated product categories.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring needs are understood and a positive experience is delivered throughout the sales cycle.
  • Execute marketing activities, promote our value proposition, and identify new market opportunities while encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Key Requirements:
  • Extensive technical knowledge of Building & Home Automation, BMS, LMS, and IoT solutions with the ability to deliver technical demonstrations and handle product specifications.
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in a similar industry with a background in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Skilled in customer relationship management, negotiation, and understanding client requirements to offer tailored automation solutions.
