Customer Support Expert

A Customer Support Analyst plays a vital role in meeting the needs of our valued customers. The analyst will develop a strong working knowledge of leading edge systems and tools, including customer support software and administrative platforms.
The analyst will utilize this knowledge and tools to answer customer inquiries, assist customers with system functions, and help resolve issues when needed.
Extensive collaborative troubleshooting and problem-solving may be required at times. With guidelines in place, the analyst will perform these activities efficiently, reliably, and effectively.
- Acts as the primary point of contact for customers who reach out via various channels.
- Works directly with customers to meet their needs and solve their problems.
- Utilizes the customer relationship management system to record and research customer information.
- Uses a comprehensive knowledge base to assist customers and provide immediate resolution to their issues.
- Contributes to the customer support knowledge base by providing symptom and resolution information about new issues.
- Understands the roles and skillsets of peers and extended departments to effectively escalate issues.
- Provides assistance and mentorship to junior analysts as needed.
- Excellent communication skills; verbal, written, and electronic.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across various platforms.
- Good organizational skills and ability to work within deadlines.
