About the Role: Assistant Manager - Planning

We seek a seasoned professional to join our team as the Assistant Manager - Planning. This role involves overseeing project planning, scheduling, and coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.

The Assistant Manager - Planning will work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans, monitor progress, and manage project schedules.

This role ensures all projects align with organizational goals and deadlines, requiring strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize resource allocation, project timelines, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Senior Management: Align planning objectives with overall organizational goals.
  • Conduct In-Depth Analysis: Market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands inform decision-making.
  • Project Management: Lead the planning and execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Resource Allocation: Identify resource requirements based on project scope and objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Develop and implement performance tracking mechanisms to monitor project progress.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate planning processes, tools, and methodologies to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Proven Experience: Planning, project management, or a related role with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Real Estate Sector Experience: Highly desirable.
  • Strong Project Planning and Execution Skills: Track record of successfully managing complex projects.
  • Proficiency in Project Management Methodologies: Tools and software.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Strong Strategic Thinking Abilities: Identify long-term implications and opportunities.
  • Demonstrated Leadership Skills: Inspire and motivate teams.
