Job Title: Site Operations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our site's technical services.

Your primary focus will be on managing and maintaining electromechanical / utilities services at the site, working closely with the technician team to ensure that all technical services are operational during your shift duty.

You will also be responsible for preparing and implementing planned preventive maintenance (PPM), conducting regular inspections to identify risk / defects areas, and reviewing the work of subordinate staff to provide guidance when needed.

In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring the documentation, checking and follow up of assets under defect liability period and AMC/CAMC in a tracker, as well as formulating suitable budgeting controls and monitoring SLAs KPIs for outsourced agencies towards effective service deliverance.

You will also be responsible for scheduling monthly vendor meetings to discuss daily matters, ensuring corrective actions are taken, and planning and implementing energy conservation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain electromechanical / utilities services at the site
  • Prepare and implement planned preventive maintenance (PPM)
  • Conduct inspections at site regularly to check for risk / defects areas
  • Review work of subordinate staff and provide guidance when needed
  • Ensure timely renewal of agreements, submission of invoices and follow-ups for payments
  • Schedule monthly vendor meetings to discuss daily matters
  • Plan and implement energy conservation initiatives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in site operations management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
