Job Description

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely review of protocol inquiries, serious and non-serious adverse events, diagnostics, and Data Safety Monitoring Board data. Your primary responsibility will be to track all necessary data and generate reports for clients, project teams, and external vendors.

  • Represent the team at global and domestic committee meetings, coordinating logistical aspects and facilitating discussions.
  • Interface with internal and external parties to implement projects, prepare contractual documents, and review agreements for accuracy.
  • Compile adjudication dossiers, create follow-up documents, and submit them to investigative sites.
Key Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and demonstrate initiative. They must also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

  • Strong analytical skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency in project-specific data and systems.
  • Ability to identify and set priorities, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain a positive and professional demeanor under pressure.
  • Knowledge of FDA Regulations, ICH Good Clinical Practices, and relevant SOPs and WPDs is essential.
